After inaugurating their online store early this year, TGL Co. has opened a one of a kind store for all the tea lovers who love to experiment with different blends of teas from across the world.
TGL Co. is a venture by entrepreneurs Bhuman Dani and Shariq Ashraf, formerly with Boston Consulting Group (BCG). First of its kind, the Tea Salon is an experiential offering with evocative aromas of TGL teas and decadent in-house patisseries. It conjures a romantic encounter for tea lovers where they can explore the colourful ingredients in each blend and sample the brewed tea before deciding their tea soulmate. With 24 variants from the elaborate portfolio of 300 blends, the teas are bifurcated into 3 collections namely Dessert, Wanderlust & Connoisseur. One can also browse through assorted tea gift boxes and handy tea accessories like tea pots, tea infusers and tea sets while discovering the story behind each tea blend from the ‘Mixed Stories’ tea menu by TGL Co.

And with the launch of its one of a kind store, TGL aims to spread awareness about the existing teas from around the world and brings to you an articulate revival to the known tea experience by sourcing the best teas in the world and masterfully blending them with innovative flavours and botanicals.
“On studying the premium tea market in India, we realised that finding specialty teas with natural and exotic ingredients from around the world was such an impasse that tea lovers ended up relying on their travel plans to keep stock. This prompted us to conduct extensive R&D that resulted in world class blends with the finest tea leaves and alluring ingredient profiles from around the world. A typical blend sounds something like Green Sencha Tea mixed with mango, banana, melon, guava, sunflowers, cornflowers and passion flower leaves,” elaborates Bhuman Dani, co-founder of TGL Co.
