TAJ HOTELS RESORTS AND PALACES RECOGNISED AMONGST THE TOP 10 LUXURY BRANDS FOR OUTSTANDING GUEST SATISFACTION IN 2016

Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces has announced it has been ranked 10th in the Top Performers of Large Luxury Brands category in ReviewPro’s 2016 Top Luxury Hotel & Brand Report. The industry reference report evaluated more than 2,600 properties across 159 luxury brands worldwide, analyzing 2.7 million online guest reviews published during 2015.

ReviewPro, a leading company in Guest Intelligence solutions for the hospitality industry, published the third edition of the Top Luxury Hotel & Brand Report to demonstrate how the hospitality landscape has evolved over the past year and highlight the leading brands and individual hotels that are achieving exceptional levels of guest satisfaction.
